Weekly Classes


All classes are Zoom online classes - FMI.  The Tuesday class is for you if you are completely new to yoga, new to Iyengar yoga, or want to continue to refine your yoga skills.  The Wednesday evening class is for intermediate students.  Peentz recommends that you come to the same class weekly so that she can form a student/teacher relationship with you on a regular basis, which enhances your learning.  Learn the fundamental principles of Yoga as practiced and taught by BKS Iyengar.  You will learn basic principles of alignment and skillful action by practicing all families of asanas (poses) such as standing poses, basic backbends, seated twists and forward bends and, when you are ready, inversions.  Classes are progressive and develop week to week.
