The Tuesday Zoom online class is for you if you are completely new to yoga, new to Iyengar yoga, or want to continue to refine your yoga skills. Peentz recommends that you come to the same class weekly so that she can form a student/teacher relationship with you on a regular basis, which enhances your learning. Learn the fundamental principles of Yoga as practiced and taught by BKS Iyengar. You will learn basic principles of alignment and skillful action by practicing all families of asanas (poses) such as standing poses, basic backbends, seated twists and forward bends and, when you are ready, inversions. Classes are progressive and develop week to week.
You may book until 25 minutes before the posted class time, and Pass holders may rebook until 20 minutes before. Otherwise we assume you attended. Classes and Passes are non-refundable. Multi-class Workshops may be rescheduled or refunded (less service charges) until 72 hours before the first class, and there are no partial refunds. BE ON TIME, please, Peentz stops checking her phone at class time. In person classes begin promptly. If you can't find the Zoom link, text her at 857-231-2422 and she will re-send it to the email address you used to purchase.
