Connecting with our essential nature to look beyond ourselves and extend ourselves to others stimulates an incredibly potent life force in us.  That's Windhorse.

3-Day General Level Retreat, June 26-28, 2020

  • Friday, 1:30-4:30 -- Welcome and Asana class.

    • 5 pm -- Potluck dinner. 

  • Saturday, 8-9 am -- Pranayama, followed by tea and breakfast.

    • 10-12:30 -- Asana.  Afternoon free to explore Vermont. 

    • 4-6 pm -- Philosophy/Asana.  Evening free for experiences.  

  • Sunday, 8-9 am -- Pranayama, followed by tea and breakfast.

    • 10-1 pm -- Asana and closing.

6-Day Women's Intermediate/Advanced Retreat, July 12-17, 2020

  • Sunday, 5 pm -- Welcome and Orientation 

  • Monday through Thursday

    • 8-9 am -- Pranayama, followed by tea and breakfast.

    • 10-12:30 -- Asana.  Afternoon free to explore Vermont. 

    • 4-7 pm -- Philosophy/Asana.  Evening free for experiences.

  • Friday, 8-9 am -- Pranayama, followed by tea and breakfast.

    • 10-1 pm -- Asana and closing.  

4-Day Intermediate Level Retreat, July 30-August 2, 2020

  • Thursday, 1:30-4:30 -- Welcome and Asana class.
