Monthly Intensives for Seasoned Student and Teachers

 

This class is for seasoned students, aspiring teachers, and teachers who are interested in refining their practice of asana, Prānāyāma, and deepening their understanding of yoga philosophy.  Each month Peentz will explore a specific asana or family of asanas.  Peentz brings her 25 years of Iyengar yoga teacher training in Boston to St. Pete! 

 

Each class begins with a short discussion of yoga philosophy. Classes meet monthly:

• Sundays from 1-4 pm

• January 12, NEW DATE March 15, April 5, May 17, 2020. 

• No class in February.
   

Please bring a copy of any commentary of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

Cost is $50 per class, or $45 for IYASE/IYNAUS members.
